Meet The Founder

Julian Nemirovsky is a 20+ year financial industry veteran with extensive credit and capital markets experience as a leveraged finance banker at Goldman Sachs, a hedge fund credit analyst and portfolio manager at MidOcean Credit Partners, and Head of Capital Markets at MacAndrews and Forbes.

As Principal of Long Castle Advisors, and previously at MacAndrews & Forbes, he led some of the most complex and bespoke transactions in the market, requiring coordination with a wide array of third parties including private equity and VC sponsors, law firms, banks, institutional direct lenders, specialty finance companies, venture lenders, hedge funds, mutual funds and CLOs, among others.

His understanding of complex credit situations from the perspective of both sponsor and lender are instrumental to crafting capital structure solutions that succeed in meaningfully extending runway at client portfolio companies, with no or limited equity infusion from the sponsor.
