JULIAN NEMIROVSKY
Julian Nemirovsky is a 17 year financial industry veteran with extensive credit and capital markets experience as a leveraged finance banker at Goldman Sachs, a hedge fund credit analyst and portfolio manager at MidOcean Credit Partners, and most recently as Head of Capital Markets at MacAndrews and Forbes. His understanding of complex credit situations from the perspective of both sponsor and lender has been instrumental to crafting capital structure transactions that succeeded in meaningfully extending runway at several portfolio companies, with no or limited cash infusion from the sponsor. During his tenure with MacAndrews & Forbes, he led some of the most complex and bespoke transactions in the market, requiring coordination with a wide array of third parties including law firms, banks, advisors, institutional direct lenders, specialty finance companies, hedge funds, mutual funds and CLOs, among others. Long Castle Advisors intends to leverage this experience to help other companies and sponsors seeking to achieve similar results, in an environment that increasingly requires active, thoughtful and creative approaches to capital structure management.
